Ordering is simple:
• Upload Your Photo: Choose one clear, high-quality photo of your pet. If you want to send extra reference photos, you can email them to us after checkout with your order number.
• Select Your Set: Choose the set that best fits your photo, such as Pet Only, You & Your Pet, or your preferred custom set.
• Add Optional Details: You can add Preview Before Production if you’d like to review the design before we make it. You can also add an Engraved Name if you want a name engraved on the display base.
• Place Your Order: Once your photo and options are selected, add the product to cart and complete checkout. We’ll take care of the rest.

If you choose Preview Before Production, we’ll email your design preview within 1–3 business days. Once approved, production usually takes 3–5 business days.
After production is complete, estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Our team will email you a design preview within 1–3 business days, so you can check the look before your custom brick set is made. If something feels off, you can request one adjustment before production begins.
If you do not add this option, our designers will create your set using your uploaded photo and move it directly into production to help avoid delays.

If you prefer a faster process, you can skip the preview and our team will create your custom brick set directly from your uploaded photo.

What if something is wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@zenvorashop.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Because each set is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for personal preference or photo selection once production has started. However, if there is a quality issue or production mistake, we’ll help make it right with a replacement, correction, or refund when appropriate.

Yes, we can still create your custom pet brick set without a full-body photo.
For the best result, we recommend uploading a clear photo that shows your pet’s face, colors, and main features. If some details are not visible, our team will use the available photo as a reference and create the closest possible design.

Can I include more than one figure?
Yes. Please choose the set option that matches what you want, such as Pet Only, You & Your Pet, or another available custom set.
If your order includes more than one figure, upload the clearest main photo first. If the people or pets are shown in separate photos, you can email the extra reference photos after checkout with your order number.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected EU countries. Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
What pets can you make?
We currently specialize in custom brick sets for cats and dogs.
If you have another type of pet, please contact us before ordering so we can review the photo and confirm whether it can be made into a custom brick set. Some animals may be harder to recreate accurately in brick form, and we want to make sure the final result meets your expectations.
