How do I order?
Choose your set, upload a clear photo, add the name you’d like engraved on the base, and place your order.
If your set includes a design preview, we’ll email it to you within 1–3 business days. You can review the design and request one free refinement before production begins. Once approved, we’ll build, pack, and ship your custom set.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, front-facing photo works best. Try to choose a photo where the face, body shape, fur color, markings, ears, and any special details are easy to see.
If you’re ordering a set with people and pets, please upload a photo that clearly shows everyone you want included.
Don’t have the perfect photo? That’s okay — upload the best one you have. If we need a clearer angle or extra reference photo, we’ll contact you before starting the design.
Can I upload multiple photos?
Yes. Please upload your best main photo when placing your order. If you have extra reference photos, you can email them to support@zenvorashop.co after ordering.
Please include your order number in the email so we can match the photos to your custom set. Extra photos can help our designer better understand details like fur color, markings, face shape, hairstyle, outfit, body shape, or any special features you want us to capture.
What if I don’t love the design preview?
If something feels off, simply reply to the design preview with your feedback. Your order includes one free design refinement before production.
To help our designer get it right, please include all your notes together — such as color, markings, ears, hair, body shape, outfit details, or anything special you want us to capture. We only begin production after you approve the final preview.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected EU countries. Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
What pets can you make?
We currently specialize in custom brick sets for cats and dogs.
If you have another type of pet, please contact us before ordering so we can review the photo and confirm whether it can be made into a custom brick set. Some animals may be harder to recreate accurately in brick form, and we want to make sure the final result meets your expectations.
